Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) is designed based on filter-less technology by utilizing Electrostatic Precipitation fundamentals. It is highly efficient in improving air quality and can capture Particulate Matter Carbon from polluting the air with more than 70% efficiency.
What Is Retrofit Emission Control Devices?
EMIRED is an electrical system which uses high voltage static electricity to separate solid and particles suspended from gas.
When the Emission from DG set’s exhaust passes through the channel between the two electrodes, the corona current will be absorbed to the dust particles at a very fast speed, making the dust particles charged.
Under the action of electric field force, the charged dust particles quickly move to the opposite direction of their polarity and finally adsorb to the electrode.
